I've been receiving a ton of spam attempts through my unsecure contact forms, so I've started implementing an image captcha on my forms. I'm offering this same option for anyone looking to limit the amount of spam they have been receiving through their forms and from users who try to manipulate your form to send spam to others.

Tribulant Turing Image v1.0 you can prevent bots from automatically submitting web forms on your website by generating an image with random characters on it which needs to be typed into a textfield in order for the form to be submitted successfully.
Bots cannot read the random characters on the generated image, therefore it is impossible for them to fill in the correct characters into the textfield when submitting the form.
As the administrator of this script, you have the ability to fully control the way the generated image looks and feels. You may adjust the array of characters, the background color of the image, the dimensions, and much more...

This script can be used in various situations.
If you need it it has some premade designsi.Even different areas and/or sites can be protected with this simple script.
Only a small piece of code must be added at the beginning and the end of your files. Afterwards you add a var to the links and you can jump from protected site to protectetd site once you are logged in.

This script does not use any database. It's compatible with PHP >= 4.3.0

identiPIC is a photo CAPTCHA system whereby a website visitor has to identify a picture to proceed. The system is typically used on web forms to block spambots. A human can identify a picture, a spambot cannot.

an expression consisting of two random numbers, one text input field for user's answer,
and one hidden field with the hashcode.
When user submits the form with the answer, the answer is being hashed and compared to
the security code that has been submitted as well.
