You must have PHP enabled, with access to a MySQL database. You need to know your "hostname", "username", "password", and "database name" of your database.

On this script, you can have a simple rating system on your site. It will have the user be able to vote from 1-10 on whatever, and will show the results on a table from 1-10. There's an admin page to add/edit/remove any ratings on your site. This is a really easy, but really useful script!!
