This script enables a user to search a specified URL to determine whether it is linking to the given website. Included is three files, the first of which is for allowing people to enter in the URL to search and the link to check for. The second of the three files is for the action to take place if the link is found/not found and includes the third file which contains the function for the actual link detection. More detailed information on using the script can be found in the zip file provided below.

Ease of use was the main idea behind this class. The goal was to develop a class that has few but powerful functions. Additional, advanced features like paging, and dumping of data are provided as well.

The only limit is your PHP configuration core: memory_limit. Best of all to use it for small or medium size web sites. When you try to scan a big one it is better to select a web directory or a page you suspect you need.
Script installation is more than simple - just copy files to a necessary directory!
So, select not a big web site for demo mode and enjoy!

Once links are in your database you can use the admin page to check for reciprocal links, if a riciprocal link is not found the link will be moved into a different section of the database and no longer displayed on your site.
If you enable the option, the webmaster will be emailed and told about this.
You can check this link for a reciprocal link again and if it's found it will be moved back into the active links section and displayed on your site again.
