21. Easy File Share
Its a very powerful and easy to use script, that is a great way to share your files with others. It lets all users upload their files and share them immediately with others. You are able to control all the files that are uploaded, and able to contact each uploader via email. You can also change the way the site looks and feels. There are a some cool options in the control panel.

Simple operation for user. Just like ordinary file upload field
Multi-platform. Works on all Macromedia Flash Player 8 supported platform.
No Java applet to install, no "unknown" ActiveX to install.
Instead this tag uses a world-leading Flash Player 8 from Macromedia
Small footprint. Only 36KB.
Ability to filter allowed files to upload by extensions.
Ability to limit maximum uploaded file size. .
Progress bar. Show the progress of upload process in real-time, not just a simple animation.
Event callback. Track the status of upload from JavaScript.
Ability to trigger the upload process from JavaScript too...
Plain PHP custom class. Shared hosting friendly.
Just copy this custom class in your PHP script directory, and you're set

In simple it works like this:- A user puts in the email destination of where he wants to send the file. He then selects his file that he wants to send. It is optional for the sender to include his email and a brief message. He then puts in the code from the image and clicks Send Now!

phpUploadManager is a user-based upload manager. It allows people to register for the system, upload files and keep track of the file's status. Admin capabilities are built in, and include member administration, file status changes, and database management. phpUploadManager is ideal for teachers wishing to get students' reports, web designers who need customers' content, or other applications where controlled uploads are required. phUploader is a script for uploading single or multiple images or files to your webiste. You can specify your own file extensions that are accepted, the file size and naming options. This was tested with Linux and WindowsXP (EasyPHP) / Windows Server 2003 (IIS6). This script is very useful for temporary file storage or simple sig and avatar hosting.

This script is partly inspired by http://pix8.net - a used to be free image hosting service. I love the convenience they offered. Back then they don't require you to sign up. You can just browse and upload any image files. They will also rename your file if the name of your file already existed.
