PMOS Help Desk (PHP MySQL Open Source) was previously sold as the InverseFlow Help Desk. The software has now been open-sourced and can be downloaded and distributed freely under the GNU public license. You may notice that the software is still being sold on inverseflow.com and acehelpdesk.com. These versions are being sold illegally and are probably not supported.
