Use this script to add a simple image trail to your webpage. A single image follows the mouse around, and is configurable in the following ways:

Image trail can be set to disappear after x seconds (or always visible)

The trail's x and y offsets can be explicitly set. This allows you, for example, to set the trail to be further away from the mouse than by default.

Image trail automatically disappears when it's close to the document's horizontal and vertical edges, so no ugly browser scrollbars appears.

This script works in both IE4+ and NS6+. Enjoy!

Spread the love on your site with this kissing trail script! It plants big kisses behind your mouse as it moves, each disappearing only after a noticeable delay (set to 1 second in demo). Works in NS6 as well.

This is a good script to utilize during special occasions, such as Valentines.

Starting in IE6, for the first time ever, you can specify your own image for the browser to use as the cursor! The image will replace the default "arrow" one. Properly done, a custom cursor can bring furthered consistency to your site's design.

Note that the image must be of the type .cur or .ani

Demo: If you're using IE6+, you should see a custom cursor in place of the default arrow one.

We like this mouse trail script for its non intrusive- yet visually impressive- nature. Now your site's mouse is the cursor comet!

Make the cursor on your page the center of attention for once, with this script. Kurt's superb creation renders minute glowing particles that revolve the little arrow in a 3D, circular trajectory, like in a magic wand (ok, you tell us what it looks like then). Mesmerizing as it is envious to watch!

Demo: Focus on your mouse cursor my young Jedi...

Simply copy and paste the following code inside your body tags and run it from a browser.
If you want to see the live result (we believe this is the best way to learn what is the script about), try it here (new window).
