I've just finished my latest experiment with JavaScript, called Skinnable Browser Dialogs v 2.0, a sequel of the unknown and unfinished Browser GUI 1.0 I wrote a couple of months ago. The new script replaces the boring and impossible to skin JavaScript alert(''), confirm(''), prompt('', ''), giving total control over the visual appearance and functionality. By setting a number of properties in the event handler of the function, users can create on the fly three types of skinned dialogs (guiAlert, guiConfirm and guiPrompt and ), attach custom functions to the OK button, set the dialog to modal or modeless and even use classic dialogs - alert(), confirm() and prompt(), validate, get and set values and whatever they want to. By now I have created only two skins - Default (which resembles Windows 9x dialogs) and WinXP Luna, but I'm planning to create a full set of skins soon. Works best with Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla 2 and Opera 9.

This auto centering window Javascript will open a window (DHTML) and keep that pop up window centered on the visitors page. If the visitor scrolls up or down looking through the page content the window will stay centered. Once closed the window will not reopen. If you want the window to reopen you can use the refresh/reload only once script to refresh the page after on window close.
