You see them all over the internet. Sound boards are a bunch of sounds, like movie sound bites and celebrity quotes, that play when you click certain buttons. I'm going to show you how to make a fully working sound board of your own.
First off, open Flash, and start a new file. Draw a rectangle on the stage and copy it. You copy it because you will be needing it over and over again depending on how many different sounds you add. If you add 5 sounds, you will need 5 buttons.
Next, convert your rectangle to a button, by right clicking, and selecting "Convert to Symbol" or pressing F8. Now double click on the button to enter the button editing stage. Use the text tool to label the button. Write whatever you want for the name, obviously keep it relevant to the sound. Naming them "Sound 1", "Sound 2" etc is not recommended, as you will forget which sounds are which.

I just had a hard time embedding the font with out getting the blurry look.
Then it came to me that these are dependent on the pixel location. So I changed all my text fields _x and _y locations to positions that are rounded to the nearest tenth
Bad Example: _y = 100.8;
Best Example: _y = 100
If your text box is located inside of a movie clip, make sure the movie clip _x and _y are located to positions that are rounded to the nearest tenth also. That goes for all of the movie clip in the path leading to your text box.
You must aline your fonts to the left or right, never to the center.
Finally, when publishing your movie, make sure the movie "Dimensions" are either in Pixels or Match Movie
