Ultra Recommender is an easy to use and full featured website recommendation program. It is easily customizable to match the rest of your site. You can use a link, an image, or a form, as can be seen at the demonstration page here. Users can click an image or link, or fill out the form, and enter up to ten email addresses at one time.
