The goal of this project is to create a web based interactive photo sharing system. That is especially useful when digital cameras become more and more popular. Please also take a minute to complete a survey about how you share your digital pictures.
The newest release version is 0.9.0 and it have the capability to allow visitors to upload pictures. Of course, the administrator can decide which folders to allow upload.
The program is currently implemented in PERL with XML format data and config files. It does not need database or anything. Just the most basic web server with CGI support should run it!

Just enter your CJ Url and how many rows of gallery links you would like (four columns per row. 50 is ideal) and the script takes care of formatting and randomizing all gallery links and link titles. This tool is designed to build an entire archive site (so link to previous page created is linked to the next page and so fourth.). Database of gallery URL's and Link titles are included in DOWNLOAD .ZIP file. You may edit these files to add more gallery URL's and titles as you like, though there are approximately 700 gallery URL's and 1600 link titles already in these Databases. look inside .cgi for setup instructions.

IMGIDX.PL will create an index of images in table format. It will also optionally create a page for each of the images based on a default built-in or user-specified template; create a slideshow of images; and optionally attach captions to each of the images.
IMGIDX.PL is quite flexible with a number of optional switches that affect its default behavior. See the included documentation (below) for more details.

There are two script sets, members and non-members. Non-members see personal biography and clothed pictures but members see naked pictures as well. The galleries are auto generated and can be expanded for users to create galleries of anything from pictures of naked men to pictures of their hamsters!
