7413Ultimate TGP script sethttp://perlcoders.com/main/scripts2.html?script=UltimateTGPMake No mistake. This is NOT just another TGP program. This includes the ease of use that so many of you have come to enjoy with our scripts. This also incorporates our own template engine as do most of our other scripts. What this means to you is that it is completely customizable from top to bottom.CGI and Perl > Scripts and Programs > Image GalleriesOct 10, 2006Perlcoders
There are lots of configuration options determining how the generated pages should look (see below). Image descriptions are read from a file, eliminating the need to ever edit the files after generating them; they can always be regenerated for ease of maintaining.
indexpage.pl may be distributed according to the GNU GPL version 2 or later. See the file COPYING for more information. If you make any modifications to this, I'd like to see them
SWIGS is a perl script for creating hierarchically organized web image galleries with automatically created thumbnails and for each image. SWIGS strives for complete flexibility in layout through templates and a simple Perl extension interface.
This is my photo gallery generator script, used on this site. It's really easy to use, and friendly too. Just download it and run it from a directory containing some images. It'll guide you from there! Nothing to remember.
Is it what you're looking for? Here's what goes on. The first time it runs, the script will generate a skeleton "spec.txt" file which lists all the image files in the current directory. Fire up your text editor and fill in the descriptions. Then rerun the script and it will generate the gallery in the "output" subdirectory. It's that easy.
The script copies (and resizes) all the original images to the output directory, so you just need to copy the contents of that subdirectory to your webserver. The script uses the ImageMagick "convert" program to resize the images and thumbnails to make a nicely sized gallery.
The POD-l script is a [P]icture [o]f the [D]ay script. POD will display a random thumbnail image on a given page. The image changes every day from a pool of images in a directory of your choosing. However, the difference from the regular POD script is that a thumbnail image is displayed which is linked to a full-size image.
Image pulls logged - logging can be disabled. Errors also logged (also optional).
Fully configurable.
Admin script to configure and administrate your POD-l setup.
Template driven (user and admin). Default templates included. Customizable via POD-l Admin.
Smartly and securely written scripts - written using Strict pragma and OOP (object-orientated programming) coding. Bug-free!
FREE tech support and upgrades for the lifetime of the script.
FREE access to our ToolBox.
