CGI::ContactForm is a Perl module that generates a contact form for the web and sends a message to a predestinated recipient. Unlike many form-to-mail programs, it's limited to this single purpose, but it allows you to set up a decently designed form with a minimum of effort. In other words, it's simple to use rather than flexible, even if there are quite a few customization possibilities.
The script " Mailer " is a form processing software made for professional use. It helps you to create every kind of form you could ever think of and stores e-mail adresses in a database. Pages are created with html Templates and the script allows to send checkcodes, do ip/mail banning and many others. Security is ensured by captchas (image verification) and hidden security codes. GPG/PGP encryption support - Need your e-mails to be secure? Not to worry, MattFM supports server side encryption using either GPG or PGP.
Comment Form allows a site administrator to process the results of Web-based forms in a number of ways. The application can be used to generate dynamic email or to create and build a log file or database to track usage of HTML-based forms. The processing of forms is configured by taking advantage of various hidden form tags included in the HTML form created by the administrator, so very little coding knowledge is needed to use this script. Furthermore, because the workings of the application are defined in the HTML form rather than in the application code, the HTML form author can use this one script to process all of the forms, no matter how different they are (Note: All emails interface with the PGP encryption library for secure communication). Examples include a form to process feedback, a form to automatically download a selected file, and a "jump box" form that allows a user to choose a URL to jump to from a list
