This is what most of us do be it at the office or home, we offen spend our productive time in searching for letters or documents through a stack of files, whereas we should be using that productive time doing something more productive. It becomes worse when you have not had time to file the letters and documents you recived in the last few months and imagine you suddenly need to get some details out of a letter that was sent to you 2 years ago from your banks mortgage department, you would end up spending the rest of the day finding that letter. This is a very common problem with all of us as we have so many things to do than just sitting and finding letters or documents.
