CGI::ContactForm is a Perl module that generates a contact form for the web and sends a message to a predestinated recipient. Unlike many form-to-mail programs, it's limited to this single purpose, but it allows you to set up a decently designed form with a minimum of effort. In other words, it's simple to use rather than flexible, even if there are quite a few customization possibilities.
Version 4.1 for Unix is now available (09/16/2003)!! This version fixes a minor bug with the anti-spam email address feature. Other than that, it is the same as version 4.0, which integrates several really nice improvements, requested by YOU!, the user-base, that I have been meaning to add for some time. Please refer to the modification history for details.
I will try to release 4.1w for Windows 2000 Server soon, but don't hold your breath. Use 3.2w for now.

wFormMail was created because one of my clients needed a script for the User to complete a form, They then needed the results of the form sent to them and a file sent to the user.
I looked and Looked but found nothing. I already used Matt Wright?s FormMail and found it easy to use and configure, however it needed that little extra, so I set to work and wFormMail was born and the rest as they say is history...
Dodomail is an advanced form to database perl script that not only emails the data from a web site's feedback form submissions to a specified address but also stores a copy of each mail in an SQL [Or Flat-text] database. Through a password-protected control panel, all previous emails can be retrieved based on date or keyword search. For database-savvy users, the control panel also supports custom SQL querying. Dodomail can be set up within 10 minutes and is simple to use. [See demo below]
