The Dynamic Page perl script is a script that enables the end user to easily update a page on their own website with only a web browser. The script creates two pages, one in a bulletin format the other in a pricelist format. There is an administrative page that can be accessed from any Internet connected computer and then from there a link to the update area pages. Update pages can be password protected. This is the first version of this script, as required it will be updated. The cost to purchase is $20.00 USD. It can be used free of charge in a non-profit situation. This script is freeware, and normally no license is required. However, you must maintain the Powered By link on the bottom of the all generated HTML pages. If you wish to remove the link, you must purchase a license. One(1) license is required per domain that you use the script without the link. What makes it different from the many other templating engines out there, is that it's been designed to have lots of built-in smarts about what a "typical" informational website needs in the way of functionality: metadata support, dynamic index generation from metadata, automatically-generated sitemaps and navigational aids, user-defined tags, and support for non-HTML input and output -- and, of course, embedded Perl code. ;)
