Banner Relay is a CGI / Perl powered ad management system designed to give you control of banner rotation on your site. It uses IFRAMES or JavaScript to call the banners from your html pages so there is no need for SSI. You can manage multiple groups of ads for different spots on your site so all of your pages can each have a unique set of banners to be displayed
