Twittman, as the title says is a small PHP library that have the basic functions to manipulate Twitter from inside your scripts without using the Twitter API.
At first this might seem totally useless to you since there is the Twitter API you can use… Well, the Twitter API has a limit of 70 requests per hour and even if you can request a higher limit it has 2 big drawbacks: you won’t get infinite requests and your application can be very easily tracked.
