I have recently started a new project to build a pictures website. The intent is to sell the software when I am done buiding it. At this time it is not complete meaning a zipped up and ready to install site like my other projects Test Builder and Website stats. But it is complete enough that you can use it to host images on your site.

I have been trawling around the internet looking for some simple functions for do basic automated manipulation to some images im using.
Basically i wanted to have these functions:
1. thumbnail
2. resize (actual image)
3. reduce (image file size)
4. rotate (by degrees)
Most of the scripts i found couldnt be changed easily to make them do what i wanted…

This failrly reduces the time to send thumbnail images to the client browsers with slow connections.
