DL Monitor (formely Download Tracker) is an easy to use Download and Link manager created for developers and web admins. It can be used as the backbone of your website, web applications, and desktop applications. There are many things that you can do with DLMonitor but most use it for thier websites to count link clicks or to force a file to be downloaded (such as an image) while hidding its real location. In a desktop application it can be used to add a 'click here to download' button, or 'check for new version' button.
