The eYe Project is turned into the stable edition. It is available in two versions. The first one is the Sambar edition. This one is very complete with lot of options. The second one is the webWeaver edition. This version is very fast and has lot of new features.Both version have the Module import. This means there are snapshots available for lot of Open Source applications. PhPNuke, Mambo, Coppermine and PhPBB2 are already available.

If you wanted, for example, to develop a PHP script with a form for selecting some options, that manipulates files on your computer, this would become a non-trivial task. You would need a webserver set up and running on your computer, then install and configure PHP support for it, then place a script to the webserver's directory, then open a browser, and then type a URL like "http://localhost/script.php".
