It is a program written in PHP that gets statistics from SHOUTcast servers, and displays it using graphs and tables. The data is stored in a MySQL database, which makes it easy to manipulate, and expand the program. An almost unlimited number of servers can be tracked, and an easy sign up script is included. You can even let other people sign up, and start a tracking service of your own.
