PHP-CSL is a open source application written in PHP, it has been designed to let users store pieces/snippets of code for future reference. It supports unlimited Libraries, Categories and Snippets. PHP-CSL was originally designed to help the Author (Stuart) store snippets of code he thought may come in useful in the future. It was also designed without the need for a database, the primary reason was to keep the installation and migration as simple as possible. Shortly after Stuart had it working, he decided others may find it useful, so he released it on sourceforge as an open source GPL project. To date, there have been around 15,000 downloads of PHP-CSL (as of July 2005), by doing a search on any major search engine for 'php-csl' you will find hundreds of users who have decided to run a copy on their website.
