This script parses your Apache server log file (one or more), looking for
domains that exceed a certain amount of accesses (threshold is set as
percentage of all accesses). You will then have the choice to either allow
or block these domains in the future. Also, you can mark them as
"watched", to keep an eye on them. After you've made your choice, your
.htaccess file will be updated with the new access rules.
Bandwidth manager is a server-side script that manages your server's bandwidth. It runs purely on PHP and MySQL, so no additional apache modules are needed.
