Team Mailer is an open mailing list for a team. It allows every user to contact all team members or a selection of team members via email. The Admin is notified if he is not part of the mailing list. The sender is also notified if he's not part of the recipients. So cheating is difficult. This system relies on self-regulation and -healing. But it's fast, independent, reliable and very flexible. The system is made for a team ranging from 10 to 50 members. Discussions can be continued among the selected recipients. The greeting message is personalised. Choose from various styles of greetings. Contact your team members faster and get the communication among your team started. Why do we have to invent the wheel again and again?

With an easy to handle template system (using header, footer and css files), MWNewsletter only needs a few variables to get you up and running. At the moment there is only the opportunity to have one newsletter running at a time with the script, but plans are underway for a version that allows you to run several different newsletters from the one place! This is a plain text sending version, but it is also planned to allow for html emails in future releases.

As privacy in an email list is important, each time source code is requested here, a different file named "emaillist-XXXXXXXXXX.txt" will be assigned to the file where emails will be stored. The code "XXXXXXXXXX" is composed by letters and numbers. Users will be unable to discover this code. The file may be saved in a different location within the server. The first time an email is added to the list, a file with the above name will be created. In case it is not possible to create the file, a message is shown. In those cases the webmaster must check permissions in the directory to allow creating files (or just create a file with corresponding name and check its permissions).
