Its a small and easy to use newsletter script [mailing list manager]. Just put it in your website and it is running! Features are listed below:

The timed auto responder features allow you to designate any number of emails to be sent out X hours after a user subscribes. Meaning you can have a email send out 1 hour after subscription, another at 1 week after their subscription, another at 3 mths after subscription, and so on.
