It comes as a pre-built script you can add to your web site as added functionality to your web site, or you can just use it yourself to generate copyright text on your own images.PHP > Scripts and Programs > Image Handling > Image ManipulationOct 14, 2006Implied By Design LLC.
ImageThumb is a PHP script which allows you to resize any image so that you can place the resulting thumbnail on a page. The script was created to avoid the manual creation of thumbnails, which on some sites with lots of images may take a lot of time.
The images are quite small and they could be used for some kind of data exchange. Do truecolor optical receptors exist? Some kind of encryption could be added. A simple gzcompress and a base64 encoding would make the images smaller yet. Also interesting is that optical patterns are sometimes formed by (apparently) repetitive parts in the source text.
It’s one of those illusive scripts that sound complicated and difficult, but it’s not. In fact, it’s actually straight forward to rotate an image via a web based interface. We put together a simple script which rotates the image to the left or the right and saves over the original image . It uses GD Libraries and runs on Linux, Apache and PHP. The only thing you have to watch out for, is that the image permissions have been set to 777. Otherwise, it’s very straight forward
