1. DAlbum
DAlbum is a free PHP photo album. It is small, easy to install and highly customizable at the same time. Features include slide shows, image comments, support for video and PDF files and many more.

PHP-based Instant Image Gallery Script This script is a tool for posting customizable, template based galleries, by simply uploading images to the server the script is running on. The script scans the directory you point it to (via a query string), and then it stores the list of images it retrieves in an array that is POSTED from page to page as the user moves through the gallery. This method of file-list-passing makes this script significantly more efficient than gallery tools that scan image directories each time they generate a page.
