Send-Any-Form recieves a form and passes its contents to you using your servers mail program. Using Send-Any-Form you will only ever need one PHP script to handle all your websites forms.
After sending the form Send-Any-Form displays a url of your choice (normally a thank you screen).

Simple Form Script is my response to the other scripts out there. Before I learned to program I searched hours for a script that would allow me to put any type of html fields and just send it to my email. Other scripts only have predefined fields allowed. Maybe there will be a name and email and comment box, but it would not let me pick what I wanted. I hope that others will not have to experience my frustration.

As requested, here is the contact form that I’ve created and have been using for a long time. Again, should be very simple to implement in your web page. Performs validation of: name, email, subject and message. No need for PHP knowledge. The script is well commented. Form is styled using CSS.
