I was convinced that this was a trivial matter, until a web hosting client called me asking for help. Ignoring the idea that I am not obliged to give web dev support, I listened to his plight. Being a non programmer, the task of making a form handler was close to impossible. The rather expensive WYSIWYG program he had purchased did not supply him with a satisfactory solution
