There were a lot of good suggestions but I liked Hive the best, don't bother complaining because it isn't changing. I also resumed development today, the theme system is about 50% finished after working on it for just a few hours, it's a lot easier the second time. I also have made a new logo, I am somewhat pleased with the results. The new design for the site and theme is going to be kinda Web 2.0.

Users are limited to only your server specified by the script admin. The admin can also set up action permissions, for example you could disable chmod or online file editing. In any way you clients will get a fully functional web access to the FTP hosting without any FTP software on their machines.
