The PHP iManager is a program that helps you to remember to invoice your customer. The program was originally developed for my own need, I have a small webhostingfirm, and needed to keep track of when I should send out a invoice by traditional snail mail.
Since I have charges that should be repeated every x months, this was a bit hard to keep track of. However, this product is not only usefull for hostingfirms. Now, the program also can invoice by mail and let your customers login to their site and pay by creditcard. All payments are logged.
When you have registered a customer and a product, you can add an invoice. This invoice consists of products where some are one-time charges, others that are to be repeated every x months. By running the update.php script, it checks if one of the product in invoice.php is closing the date for renewal. If so is the case, the update.php creates a new invoice with the products that is due for this customer.
