ICT was created as a brand new design to be easy to use and yet highly secure. Advanced security features and member permission settings can be set via the AdminCP to allow members to access only what they require and make site staff management simple too. It has full post moderation features, trash bin for deleted posts and topics, Personal messenger, a comprehensive Admin panel and built in activity statistics among its current features (more are being added regularly). This is all combined with simple and fast setup and installation to get a high degree of versatility that should suit the needs of its users.

A Bulletin Board is very good for topic oriented discussions and it gives you a lot of freedom for when to post a reply, mostly there is no need to watch the discussion all of the time, you can log-out for some hours and later come back to further discuss the topic. The bad part of a Bulletin Board is that if you want to speak directly to someone inside of a topic, the endless quoting can get really annoying and it does happens quite often that the thread goes off topic.
