As parsing the output of the normal PHP5 reflection API can be a cumbersome rainsoftware.net came up with a reflection API wich uses the same interface as the PHP5 reflection API and added Xml support. The power of Xml isn't only that it's easy to parse! It also makes it alot nicer to transform it into other document types, like Html or Rss. Why would you need that, you ask yourself. Well, you might want to provide a feed to the latest functions added to your project. Or you might want to generate online documentation

The design of VH Layout Class was inspired by the Perl package HTMLTablelayout. VH Layout is the first complete web page layout package written in PHP. It frees programmers from counting or in their code. Programmers now can write dynamic websites and web applications completely in PHP and without worrying about the HTML tags. RC4 is fairly fast, secure and symmetric encryption algorithm. Developed by Ron Rivest in 1987 was kept trade secret until 9th September 1994 when it was posted on a Cypherpunks mailing list. Generally the key it uses is limited to 40 bits for various legal reasons but 128bits is the more common forms these days. To prove it's strength products like Oracle Secure SQL are examples. It's symmetric meaning it uses the same key and steps as to encrypt when decrypting.
