We wrote this little script not as a complement to other webbased MySQL administration tools (like PHPMyAdmin...). We just wanted an easy, little script to handle MySql databases from everywhere, without configurating a lot of things.

This script converts user entered 12-hour time to the 24-hour time used by mySQL. It was written to aid in the development of web forms using PHP and the time field type in mySQL.

Paginator Is a php class that will help you to split your record sets into pages. I wrote this class to save myself some time and then thought others might find it helpful. Paginator will return a number that you can use to set your base record and a number to use as an offset. For now I know it works in mySQL queries and with arrays.
