A couple of years ago, a website for a band was a nice touch: it was a helpful tool, but hardly a necessity. Sure, you could slap some news onto the web, and perhaps a few hastily edited photos and, if you were really slick, some MP3s. But it was hardly a requirement. It was far more important to have an update-to-date mailing list. The web, sadly, was an afterthought.

It is very difficult to find simple snippets system or library.
You can edit snippets.php for url navigation, Actions, Admin password and more.
Simple copy the snippet into a new php file. and make a directory "snippets" ('you can change it later').
Its again for PHP beginners.
