This is a cool software that will allow you to have a chat bar your site
What is this all about?
This scroll messages which your site visitors can post. They can chat with each other in a nice way nicer than a chat room or a shoutbox. The messages can flash all the time in a small range that is you can through the char bar anywhere in your site without messing up your site also Its not made as a scrolling chat bar its flashing so its very fast in loading. The best place where you can find such as these bars is in many TV stations they have a news scrolling bar at the bottom of there screen, or even chat bar of the viewers by sms . This script will do almost the same thing.

How to test: To use this conversation tool, you must first have agreed upon a code phrase with your co-chatters.
Type the code phrase in the form below and the software will check if there's an ongoing chat corresponding to that code. If it is, it will let you log into the chat room, using the same phrase. If the code phrase does not exist, it will let you start a new chat room that will respond to that code. You must then wait until some of your co-chatters logs on.
The chat room will last for an hour after the last person posts to it, then it will be deleted. Or, if you use the log out function, the last person who logs out will delete the chat file.
The encryption used is 3DES, or Triple DES, and the encryption is performed by the users of the chat, using the code phrase as key.

ShoutChat handles some of the details that other chat scripts leave out. When a new message is posted, the message frame scrolls down so that any new messages come into view. ShoutChat also checks for new messages using a client-server model. The query for new messages is done using HTTP HEAD requests once every 10 seconds for the first 30 seconds and then exponetially by powers of 2 from there on out (an algorithm which can be configured). When the mouse is moved over the ShoutChat region of the web page, this cycle starts over. This allows for new messages to be displayed immediately to all active users, while tapering off the rate of checking for message by inactive clients to reduce server load. Without these very important features, a converstation on a website is much more cumbersome.
