This ActiveX object enables ASP developers to create on-the-fly dynamic images for their website in PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format. I developed it for myself for one of my side projects, being unable to find a similar piece of software that did what I wanted and that WASN'T extortionately priced. Although probably obsoleted by ASP.Net, I still release it to the world at large, free of charge. Share and enjoy.

Imager Resizer is a small ISAPI dll that was coded for being used along with Imager Gallery as an alternative image resizer. It supports creating thumbnails of JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TGA and GIF images.
Not needing any installation on the webserver makes it a really good choice if you don't have the possibility to get custom components installed. Allthough it needs a webdirectory with Scripts and Executables permissions set. Most /cgi-bin/ dirs seems to have this as default so it shouldn't really be a problem.
With the release of Imager Resizer 2.0 I'm bringing the power of the first Imager Resizer into the wonderful world of XML-data making it easy managing the information. Add long wanted support for getting the size (width and height) of an image along with other features such as reading EXIF-data and using relative paths extends this webdeveloper tool to something everyone working with thumbnail-images on the web should want.

Aurigma Media Processor? is a component which can load files of various media formats and process them in various ways. For images and video files, it can do the following: create thumbnails, rotate, crop, draw text and more, then save the result as JPEG or BMP. Media Processor? can grab the necessary frame of a video file, retrieve information about the video and audio files (such as artist name, title, duration, bitrate and more). It uses a smart algorithm which determines if a selected frame is empty (for example the first few frames of movies/clips are black) and always retrieves the frame which contains a meaningful image!
