fipsGallery is a dynamic and Feature rich Internet Application. fipsGallery is Image Gallery / Portfolio Management as easy as can be: Present Photographers / Artists with their Work, show your Photographs and the Photographs of your Family and Friends. You can have unlimited Artists (Members) and of course unlimited Categories for each Artist.
Place the file in the directory that contains your images. By default the scripts looks for images ending in -01.jpg and displays those as thumbnails (e.g. Family-01.jpg). When you click on the image it looks for the file it will display the full size image (e.g. Family.jpg). Why the -01.jpg you ask? Because it is easy to batch process a directory full of images in ImageReady or Photoshop to make thumbnails. Batch processing scripts are included in the download, so if you have ImageReady you are set.
I have just complete version 2 of the Simple one page gallery script. The script is only one page and very portable, just set 8 variables and the script will automatically read all the images in a designated folder. Simple one page gallery is also able to create thumbnails on the fly by utilising the popular ASPJPEG com object. Simple one page gallery is also able to paginate the images and display however many images per page. Another feature is that the script can display a larger version of the thumbnails.
