Basic newsletter is a simple example of a mailing list/newsletter system. It allows you to create and edit newsletters and recipients lists. It is very simple to expand and edit the script to suite your needs. Zip file contains readme file with instructions, php files, simple stylesheet (css) file and mysql setup script.
