OfficeFlow has been designed from the ground-up for ease of use to the end user and to become the premiere intranet project management software for ASP available today. Functionality is tiered in such a way that only users who require certain features need be burdened with learning them. For example, most users will simply create new projects and requests. This can be done by logging in, selecting the "New Project" menu option, and entering the required information. More project management functionality is exposed to the users who will work on those requests, such as creating tasks, logging time, sending notes, etc.. Managers are the next tier, able to approve or reject requests, edit department information and view reports. Finally administrators have access to all parts of the project management application site.
