Use the script below to encode your email address with Javascript and insert the code inn to your website. Most people know that when you place your email address on your website, it will be picked up by one of the many Email Harvesters. These are used by companies whose sole purpose is to send as many emails out to as many people as possible. The way they achieve this is by using programs that spider the web to gather email addresses from webpages. So we need to prevent them from getting their hands on our email address that we want to put on our website for our clients / associates to contact us.

Everybody hates spam! So if you need to post your email address on your website you need this anti spammer / spambot email Javascript. This Javascript will break up the details of your email address and make it harder for spambots to harvest your email. Another technique is to place your email address in an image file and display the image.

Verifies that a string looks like a real email address. It may return false for some valid exotic email addresses. To correct this you may want to edit the valid_chars string in the Validate_String function.
