Web-based Frequently Asked Questions component for managing and facilitating a standalone Frequently Asked Question Database. Also can be used to build a knowledge base with the eForum and eHelpDesk systems. eFAQ allows any authorized user to either ask questions or answer questions, depending on security, and is suitable for use as a community-maintained FAQ. The user both asking and answering questions can optionally be tracked, and questions and answers can be moderated before being available to readers if desired. This product is used onsite for our own FAQ. eFAQ utilizes the Expresso Framework.
