This version of the "Starwars Text Applet" is freeware. You can use it for your web site freely. PacText is based upon the classic freeware-applet from L. Relihan. I revised and supplemented it, and now it can display as many taglines as you want (eaten one after an other), and most of its properties are adjustable.

This effect has been inspired by the initial effect in the movie "Independence day". A message moves into position and explodes. The letters scatter across the screen. This applet use sophisticated 3D routines for the letter animations.
