This program has spawned many imitators but this is the original. For anyone who needs to publish a lot of text on the web Txt2html is extremely useful. It is a tiny program that automates the process of splitting up large text files into nice html pages containing all the necessary hyperlinks to all the other pages.

It uses the minimum of formatting so that the files can be placed within your own web site layout - a frame, for example - and all of the formatting can be turned off if you wish, including the document titles.

Txt2html is a stand-alone 16 bit DOS based program. It will run under Windows perfectly well in its own window as long as your DOS components are installed (they usually are).
