Comment Form allows a site administrator to process the results of Web-based forms in a number of ways. The application can be used to generate dynamic email or to create and build a log file or database to track usage of HTML-based forms. The processing of forms is configured by taking advantage of various hidden form tags included in the HTML form created by the administrator, so very little coding knowledge is needed to use this script. Furthermore, because the workings of the application are defined in the HTML form rather than in the application code, the HTML form author can use this one script to process all of the forms, no matter how different they are (Note: All emails interface with the PGP encryption library for secure communication). Examples include a form to process feedback, a form to automatically download a selected file, and a "jump box" form that allows a user to choose a URL to jump to from a list

Allow your website visitors to attach files of any type to your Form and have those files e-mailed to you! This simple to use script lets you create your own Form and have the contents e-mailed to you. Additionally, it allows Users to attach files from their desktop hard drive, to the Form they are submitting, all in one step.

We recently re-wrote the entire script and added new features to help you control the program's response to Users.

Clients use this program to send files 2MB, 5MB, 10MB and 20MB and much larger with no problems. The only limitation will be the server that the script is hosted on. The program's upload handling has been used in other programs with files over 1 Gigabyte in size (though we do not recommend files THAT big for e-mail!!!).

With the recent increase in security flaws found in Internet Explorer (IE), we recommend that web users switch from IE to a different web browser. The United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) has even stated that internet users can protect themselves from these security holes by using a different web browser.
There are a number of significant vulnerabilities in technologies relating to the IE domain/zone security model, the DHTML object model, MIME type determination, the graphical user interface (GUI), and ActiveX. It is possible to reduce exposure to these vulnerabilities by using a different web browser, especially when browsing untrusted sites. Such a decision may, however, reduce the functionality of sites that require IE-specific features such as DHTML, VBScript, and ActiveX. Note that using a different web browser will not remove IE from a Windows system, and other programs may invoke IE, the WebBrowser ActiveX control, or the HTML rendering engine (MSHTML).

Matt's FormMail (MattFM) is a form to email script written in Perl and also in PHP, with a few advantages over other form to email scripts, it is totally platform independant, if your web server can run Perl or PHP scripts then it can use MattFM! MattFM also has the following features;

Unlimited form fields - Can handle any number of HTML fields

Multiple recipient support - Have the feedback email sent to any number of different recipients!

Form completion checking - Automatically checks the submitted form to make sure all required fields are filled in

Redirection support - Redirects the user to a different web page depending on how the submission went, redirect the user to an "incomplete" page if the form isn't completed or a "thankyou" page if all went well!

File upload ability - Allow users to upload files within the form and then choose to either have them saved on the server or MIME encoded and attached to the email.
