AwardMail.pl is designed for use by award sites. It uses a form to receive information from an applicant about their site (i.e., name, e-mail, site URL, description).
When the form is submitted, the information is sent to your e-mail address. At the same time, the applicant receives an automatic response confirming the submitted information.
The script automatically filters to be sure all fields are filled and that the e-mail address is present and properly formed. If fields are left blank or the e-mail address is malformed, the script sends the visitor to a (supplied) error page, with instructions on correcting the form error.
Assuming all fields are present and correct, the user is sent to a Thank You page (supplied).
Samples of what the visitor receives and what you receive are also in the kit, and viewable below.
The AwardMail.pl kit features extremely easy set-up, and is a good choice for Perl newcomers as well as a solid, general purpose script that's been heavily tested in real use by CodeBrain.
You can see the source materials that come with the kit by clicking the pop-up links below. The download kit contains all of the material below, and is available on the next page.

This nifty little CGI script processes the information entered into an HTML form and reformats it into an e-mail message. The message is then sent to the destination you specify. The information the script uses to reformat form data and send the message can be entered directly into the script, or supplied via hidden fields in the form being processed. We've used EZ Form Mailer on many sites, including this one. FREE
There is a new version 1.4 now available that plugs a security hole that we recently discovered, as well as adds a few more options to the script. If you downloaded EZ Form Mailer prior to December 18, 2003, we strongly suggest that you get the new version.
Also, be sure to see our scripts for sale page for the upgrade to EZ Form Mailer with required fields

wFormMail was created because one of my clients needed a script for the User to complete a form, They then needed the results of the form sent to them and a file sent to the user.
I looked and Looked but found nothing. I already used Matt Wright?s FormMail and found it easy to use and configure, however it needed that little extra, so I set to work and wFormMail was born and the rest as they say is history...

Form Mailer is a generic Perl Script which will enable you to
Process just about any form from your website,
Validate the form online before allowing it to be sent,
Show the user what data he will be sending before he clicks,
Email the contents of the form to you,
Redirect the user to a specific destination depending on data in the form,
Pass parameters to the destination URL.

Version 4.1 for Unix is now available (09/16/2003)!! This version fixes a minor bug with the anti-spam email address feature. Other than that, it is the same as version 4.0, which integrates several really nice improvements, requested by YOU!, the user-base, that I have been meaning to add for some time. Please refer to the modification history for details.
I will try to release 4.1w for Windows 2000 Server soon, but don't hold your breath. Use 3.2w for now.

This version presumes you have a host with the "CGI.pm" module installed. This script will take the entered information from a FORM and sends it to your inbox. There is 1 optional part that will create a autoresponse email to the vistor's entered email address.

Now FORMSRV E-HTML ? can keep your email in a directory on your website if you don't have email services! It creates a HTML page from a template and puts the email info in it, you can view, print, delete, and respond to your emails from the admin console or from the Webmail directory index page!
You can create a html input form page, with the fields you want to pass to the template page, which you create to look any way you want. You then place the fields names you had in the form, (i.e. username) in the template file with a dollar sign in front of the name, (i.e. $username) where ever you want it to appear in the new page!
