For example, maybe they typed in bybook.html when they really wanted to go to buybook.html ?

~ Periodically, use the control panel to see what pages people have failed to reach.

~ Then you specify the URL they really wanted.

Now, whenever someone tries to reach that incorrect page, they are automatically redirected to where they wanted to go.

You will be amazed at how many people type in the incorrect page names.
