Our system is very user friendly, powerful, fast and easy to use. When a new listing is added,the user can assign a MLS or ILS# a caption at the top of the listing, approx. sqft, agents name, agents e-mail, listing county, listing status, property type, no. bedrooms, no. baths, listing price and description. A site visitor interested in a particular listing, just has to click a button that is with each listing and a e-mail letter form is brought up with a subject listed as interest in what ever the listing number is. That e-mail will be sent to whatever the agents e-mail is for that listing.
