This server behavior inserts ASP code required to send an email using CDO along with form text fields: 'To', 'From', 'CC', 'Subject', & 'Message'.
By default, a message will be displayed on the page after sending the email. Comment out the Response.Write line and comment in the Response.Redirect line to display a new page after sending the email. Obviously, you'll need to create this page yourself.
You may want to change certain fields types in your form to suit your needs (i.e. make them hidden, or contain fixed values, etc.). Try binding data from a recordset to make the field values dynamic. This can also be used as a 'Tell-A-Friend' style form.

Advanced feedbackform using ASPemail. All fields are required and when a field is empty the text will color red, and the user will be asked to fill in the data. After 2 times the user is redirected to an wrongdata site.

Aspmailer is a popular, straightforward form mailer for Windows with an eye towards secure behavior and some useful output formatting. Your visitors fill out the form and submit it. From there, the form data is emailed to an address you designate within the asp script. You can use it with any form (exception made of file uploads), so it's quite flexible as well. It will not work on more recent Windows servers, such as 2000 or 2003. We're in the process of coding an updated asp.NET version that will work with the latest Windows.

ASP Form2Excel and Mail is an extension for Adobe Dreamweaver MX or later versions, which allows sending every field of a form filled by a user, into an Excel file formatted as CSV, while adding other data that help to know more about the user and allow to offer a better technical support and give a more personalized answer. This way, you will receive all the information collected by the forms, and later you can open the file in Excel and apply filters, calculations, graphs, etc., thereby using Excel as a analisys tool.
